All hotel stays are double occupancy. If you do not have a room mate we will appoint one. Usually of the same age. If you want to have your own room, you can. There is an additional charge for that. Please inquire about the price.
You can either pay everything all at once or make 3 payments. The Deposit, the second payment and the final payment at the specific date indicated on your receipt.
We would arrange for someone to be at the airport to greet you. It all depends on arrival times. You either wait for the group to arrive or be transferred to the hotel if the group arrives a lot later. Usually that is charged as an extra as that is not part of the pilgrimage price.
Wheelchairs are not provided. At the airport the wheelchair service is free. During the pilgrimage, we can arrange a wheelchair, but the rental charge is extra. Furthermore, we ask that you bring someone to assist you. You can bring your own wheelchair. Please be aware that some places may not be accessible by wheelchair on the pilgrimage.

Yes you can. Just be aware that there maybe an air fare price difference which could either mean the pilgrimage would cost more or less. If you want us to book it for you there will be a service charge added to the booking. If you want to book it yourself we would deduct the groups airfare cost from the pilgrimage price.
